Small Choices
Growing up in a faith filled home where Jesus was taught and values were instilled, I asked Jesus into my heart at an early age. But, as I grew up, I started making small choices in life that did not line up with the values that I was taught. Ultimately, I started using drugs and later became a drug dealer. For 18 years, I bounced around doing whatever I wanted to do. But when I was finally arrested for the last time and sentenced to 12 years in the Department of corrections, Jesus got a hold of my heart. He reminded me that He still loves me and that He has a plan for my life.
I can’t wait to share with you the story of my redemption.
I’m committed to helping those in active addiction get clean and teaching them how to live a life worthy of Jesus’ calling. I’m dedicated to teaching the teenagers how to not make the same mistakes that I made. It’s important for me to share my story in hopes that lives will be changed and ultimately ask Jesus into their hearts. Because that is where our true happiness is found.
